Your photographs will only be used for portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions or advertising if you have completed and signed my Portrait Privacy & Image Release Form, where you can indicate whether you consent or do not consent to image use. Without this signed document, no images will be published.

4.Data Retention

We retain:
- Inquiry emails: 12 months
- Client info: 5 years
- Raw images: 3 months
- Edited images: 1 year
- Images approved for portfolio use: retained until consent is withdrawn

If you wish your images or data to be deleted sooner, you may request this at any time.
Please note that Fzahra Photographer is not liable for the loss, deletion or unavailability of any images or files after the retention period has expired. Clients are responsible for downloading, storing and backing up their images upon delivery.

In such cases, any liability is limited to a refund of the session fee or rescheduling the session, depending on what is reasonably possible.
