Refund policy

1.Non-Refundable Session Fee/Deposit

The session fee or deposit paid to reserve your portrait session is non-refundable.
This fee secures your date and covers the time and preparation dedicated to your session.

If you need to reschedule, the fee may be transferred to a new date once, provided you notify me at least 48 hours in advance.

2.Refunds in Case of Photographer Cancellation

If I, as the photographer, must cancel the session due to illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances, you'll be offered:
- a full refund of the session fee OR
- a rescheduled session, depending on your preference.

3.Refunds in Case of Force Majeure or Technical Failure

In the event of:
- force majeure
- equipment malfunction
- technical failure
- data corruption
- loss or damage of images before delivery
- unforeseen circumstances beyond my reasonable control

I cannot be held liable for the loss of images.
In such cases, depending on what is reasonably possible, my responsibility is limited to:
- rescheduling the session OR
- refunding the session fee

No additional compensation will be provided.

4.No Refund After Image Delivery

Once edited images have been delivered, whether digitally or in print, no refunds are provided, as photography is custom, artistic and non-returnable service.

5.Client Responsibility for Download & Backup

Clients are responsible for downloading, saving and backing up their delivered images.
I am not liable for images that are lost, deleted or become unavailable after delivery.

6.No Refund for Disliked Images

Refunds are not provided on the basis of personal preference or style, as the client is fully aware of my artistic approach, editing style and portfolio prior to booking.
